Implants & Restoration
Let us give you the smile you deserve.
What Are Implants?
When teeth have been lost or are no longer restorable, dental implants are often the best options for replacement of a single tooth or multiple teeth. Unlike with bridges and partial dentures, implants do not compromise your adjacent healthy teeth to anchor your replacement teeth. A dental implant is a titanium screw that is shaped like a tooth root and is surgically positioned in the jawbone beneath your gums. This allows us to anchor replacement teeth to that area. Implants can be used to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth or help us improve the comfort and reliability of dentures and partial dentures.
A Superior Implant Process
When restoring your teeth with dental implants, many patients are required to go to multiple offices to complete the treatment. You have the restorative dentist (often your General Dentist) who will restore your implant, but first you must go to a surgeon to have the implant placed in your jawbone.
In our office, Dr. Christopher Filler will plan, surgically place and restore your implants using a completely digital workflow. This simplifies the process so that you can stay in one location. This reduces stress, increases comfort and decreases your overall cost.

What We Specialize In

Single Tooth Replacement
Replacing a lost tooth or unrestorable tooth with an implant can have many benefits. It can restore your ability to chew, preserve healthy teeth from drifting or moving, reduces bone loss, reduces stress on remaining teeth, improves self-confidence maintain a youthful/natural smile as well as many other reasons.

Multiple Teeth Replacement
If you are missing more than one tooth and your surrounding bone and tissues are healthy, dental implants may be your best option. Two or more implants will be placed with a fixed bridge on top of them.

All-on-4 or All-on-X
This method allows for you to replace your entire arch without the need for dentures. Unlike dentures, these are fixed to the implants similar to a bridge. This provides esthetics as well as function of a full set of teeth without using an implant for every missing tooth.

Implant-Retained Dentures
This approach allows you to use traditional dentures, but instead of using adhesive, your implants will lock the dentures in place so that you can chew and smile more confidently.
